Experimental Tutorial Checker

I've continued my efforts to prepare for our release. I'm working with Dennis to make sure the experimental tutorial in the release has a reasonable chance of success. This has been a little more difficult than I thought. However I think we are going to produce the best checker we can. If the checker fails, we will not present the tutorial as an option. However if it succeeds there may be some cases where the tutorial may not work. In this case we've decided the best experience for our users will be roll back everything and just insert the remix. This isn't easy, but it isn't hard, and I really think we need it. So this is where I'm going to focus my efforts.
