Slicing and Splicing

Over this week I have written code tests that will separate the statements of a World by caller (same caller goes in a set) or separate by action (repeated action goes in a set). Based on the sample clips I had made from my world last week, I was able to select nearly all of the clips using these methods. However, I am wondering whether this criteria is enough to create an interesting clip. Surely, the clips are meant to be simple, one does not want to see a whole video just by clicking a random possible action, but I'm not sure they are compelling enough. My next move, for now, is to create these clips and see how independent and worthwhile they look out of the context of the full World.

The other thing to keep in mind is that while it would certainly be easy to get these simple clips from "mining" posted worlds (at least for commonly used methods), that means the vast majority of the available clips are just a simple demonstration, as opposed to an idea-inspiring use of the action. I don't know whether that is good or bad, and also, without a non-arbitrary way to cap the database when we have "enough" "simple clips", we may have to either have all these simple clips or none of them, and without any of them it would be difficult to get enough clips if we are only looking at the more complex ones. It might also come down to which use we think will be more appreciated/valuable- idea generation or clarification.
